AP-AB1228 High Speed Intelligent Self-balancing Ion Bar
The AP-AB1228/AP-M28 air-source anti-shock pulse AC ion bar uses DC high-voltage power supply and adopts special alloy electrode to alternately act on the coupling electrode needle through positive and negative DC high-voltage, which means the DC high-voltage source uses AC implementation mode to act on the electrode needle through the coupler to generate corona discharge, ionize the air molecules, and produce a large number of positive and negative air ions. And the compressed air is transported to the surface of electrostatic objects, and the positive and negative electrostatic charges are neutralized to achieve the purpose of eliminating electrostatic charges on the surface of objects efficiently and reliably.

The pulsed AC method alternately applies “+” and “-” high voltage to each electrode needle to generate two polar ions. Compared with the industrial frequency AC method, the ion generation utilization rate is higher, and its electrostatic elimination ability can be realized no matter for close or long distance.
